Membership in the Delaware Pest Control Association is split into two membership categories:
- Active Membership includes licensed Pest Control Operators. The DPCA works with the National Pest Management Association to offer members a Joint State Membership, meaning as you become a member of our association, you also benefit from membership in theirs as well. It's almost like buy one, get one free!
- Allied Membership is designed for industry representatives (suppliers, manufacturers, etc.) who support the industry.
Pest Control Operators who are members of NPMA through another state should contact the DPCA depca1957@gmail.com to discuss membership options with State-Only Membership

Mission Statement
The Delaware Pest Control Association is dedicated to leading the structural pest management industry by providing superior education opportunities for the industry, a united voice for the industry, and maintaining the trust of its members, as well as the citizens and government of Delaware, while sustaining its tradition of environmental stewardship.
Vision
The Delaware Pest Control Association is a group of structural Pest Management Professionals who value member participation, interaction, communication, and a spirit of cooperation between companies of all sizes.
The goals of this Association are:
- To make a meaningful, positive impact for all pest management professionals in Delaware through education, representation, and providing a resource of information for their benefit.
- To educate the citizens of Delaware regarding this industry’s positive contributions toward protecting health, property, and well-being
- To guide the government of Delaware by serving as its technical and pest management business resource in regulating and protecting the property, health and well-being of citizens of Delaware.
Values
The Delaware Pest Control Association values the trust and support of:
- The citizens of Delaware.
- The structural pest management industry in Delaware.
- The government of Delaware, and encourages communication between these parties.
Above all, this Association values its traditional role as a steward of the environment, an educational resource for the Citizens, Pest Management Professionals, and Government of Delaware, and an advocate of moral responsibility and business integrity.
